Wellsprings Together is a joint venture between the Anglican Diocese of Leeds and the Church Urban Fund. This growing community development charity works in the Leeds area and aims to grow the numbers of churches actively engaged with their communties. Wellsprings Together works with a wide range of partners including local authorities, faith groups and other community organisations. We want to promote and develop joined up responses and the most innovative and forward looking ideas that will help build strong communties.
