Left Bank is hosting the exhibition Threads of Survival, displaying a collection of quilts that have been created during (and since) lockdown. This amazing range of 28 pieces of quilt and textile art — made by 160 people across the UK — continues the proud tradition of documenting important historical events and protests in quilt and textiles.

Throughout the exhibition, local artist of Assembly House Jan Doherty will be hosting a range of workshops as well as helping with the creation of a collab LS6 quilt. You can collect a special project pack from Left Bank from the 4th January onwards, so you can work on your contribution at home or any time while in our building!
