At Pathways, we’re here to help you navigate through life’s challenges. We create warm and welcoming spaces where you can talk about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgment. Our goal is to help you understand your thoughts and feelings better so that you can find your own path forward. Our team of counsellors are here to listen, support, and help you find strategies that work best for you. At Pathways, you’ll be accepted just as you are.

Pathways support is available to anyone over the age of 18 years regardless of sex, gender, ethnic origin or disability. You may be of any faith or none. Counselling will only include a faith element if you request this.

We are a team of counsellors from diverse backgrounds with varying experiences and counselling approaches. We work in accordance with the Association of Christian counsellors code of Ethics and Practice.
