We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Steering Group and help guide the next chapter of our work in Leeds and beyond!

About the Project

Pathways is a forward-thinking initiative and committed to being part of the answer to mental health in Leeds by providing counseling to those in need. We believe in the power of community, healing, and transformation, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to help shape our strategy and impact.

Who We’re Looking For

 

We welcome applications from people who are:

  • Committed to their Christian faith and its values of love, justice, and compassion.
  • Passionate about mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Excited about social change and community impact.
  • Keen to be part of a diverse and dynamic team.
  • Able to offer wisdom, leadership, or professional expertise in areas such as mental health, church engagement, fundraising, policy writing, governance, project growth and development, strategic planning and social media.
