Pathways are looking for more counsellors to join their team. 

Pathways continues to be passionate about providing affordable and accessible professional counselling to local communities throughout Leeds.

We are a team of counsellors from diverse backgrounds with varying experiences and counselling approaches. We work in accordance with the Association of Christian counsellors code of Ethics and Practice.

All counsellors registered with Pathways are freelance contractors; each counsellor is a self-employed person who is responsible for their own tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions along with maintaining appropriate personal and professional indemnity insurance recognised by the professional body they are registered with. Pathways requires a copy of this insurance. LCCT provides public liability insurance to cover the locations that Pathways offer counselling from (not personal homes/offices).

Counsellors are paid at £25 per hour and can take on as many clients as their schedule allows. As Pathways is a charity, our counsellors agree to this rate as an expression of generosity and service, supporting our aim to make counselling accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
