Spear Leeds is a programme run by Life Connections supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into sustainable employment, education, or training.

The Spear Programme is the flagship initiative of Resurgo Trust. Operating in 12 locations across the UK, Spear helps young people facing disadvantage into work or education, by equipping them with the confidence, motivation and vital skills necessary to succeed in long-term employment.
