Life Connections is the charitable arm of Bridge Community Church, which has been set up to govern and oversee some of BCC’s charitable projects. Currently, the main focus of Life Connections is The Spear Programme, which we run in partnership with Resurgo.
The Spear Programme transforms the lives of 16-24-year-olds who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) and who experience barriers to employment. Over an intensive six-week coaching programme, and a year of follow-on support, these young people are equipped with the skills, mindsets and resources needed to thrive in long-term work.
