Hope For The Nations organises annual prayer and celebration events in Leeds to celebrate the diversity of the Church in Leeds. We aim to equip people with a better understanding of cross-cultural mission through training and special events.
To encourage an integrated international approach to mission in terms of what already exists but also looking for new opportunities to work together.
To provide a welcome, show hospitality and practical support to new internationals arriving in Leeds (e.g. asylum seekers, refugees, international students and migrant workers)
To encourage mission amongst “least reached people groups” within Leeds and in other nations.
To support those working for justice and aid distribution with different nationalities.
To research ongoing creative approaches to international mission.
To encourage the formation of cross-cultural teams working within the city and in other nations.
