Connecting Crossgates helps gather people together for good in their community of Crossgates & East Leeds.

They believe that healthy positive communities are the result of people achieving a sense of well-being. Well-being includes all aspects of a person’s life.

Their projects focus on children & young people, mental health & well-being, information & support and exploring faith.
