Sunday 4th May
VE Day celebration for the whole community on Sunday 4th May from 1pm till 4pm at Calverley Methodist Church. Authentic war time meal, bouncy castle, VE Day crafts, entertainment, refreshments and tombola. The meal is provided by a Pudsey Community Project grant and Flyboy Burger Company. See the poster for more information

This is a free event, but you will need to book a ticket for the meal. Please contact 07736674932 to book.

Thursday 8th May
Remembering VE Day - service will be held on Thursday 8th May at the Cenotaph in the park at 11am. People are asked to gather from 10:45am. Children from both schools will be joining us and refreshments will be served in the schoolroom at the Methodist Church afterwards.
