Once again, Lister Hill Baptist Church is delighted to be a local Operation Christmas Child shoebox drop-off point this November.

Shoeboxes can be brought to the church at the following times:

Mon 9 Nov, Wed 11 Nov & Fri 13 Nov – 7:00–9:00pm
Saturday 14 November – 9:30am–12 noon

On the morning of Saturday 14 November we’ll also be holding our Shoebox Packing Party, when together we’ll be packing boxes ready to bring joy, hope and the good news of Jesus to children around the world.

Everyone is welcome to come along and help pack a box!

What is Operation Christmas Child?

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. It is a hands-on way for you to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, personal care items, school supplies, and fun gifts.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.
