Equip Yourself with Healthy Theology that Empowers you to Bring Change to the World

The LSoT Nightschool provides you with high quality theological training wherever you are in the world. The course covers ‘Foundations in Christian Theology’ in Years One and Two and ‘Advanced New Testament Studies’ in Year Three. You will look at fascinating topics including, how to read the bible in a deep and life-transforming way, what is the church, surveys of the Old and New Testament, what the early church was like and how we can learn from it, who is God and how do we relate to him, the person of Jesus Christ and the identity and work of the Holy Spirit, what is the trinity and how does God's sovereignty interact with our freedom to name just a few.

You will learn from and interact with some of the foremost theologians in the north of England who also have a passion for the mission of the local church. Being part of our student community means you get to connect with other students, discuss the course content with them in breakout groups and form new friendships.

The course is delivered over 20 Monday evenings from September to July meaning it is perfectly suited to fit into the busyness of your life. All the sessions are delivered live-stream via Zoom which means all you need to access the course is a device and an internet connection! It follows the academic calendar with breaks for Half Terms, Christmas and Easter.
