Leeds Christian Community Trust (LCCT), is working towards gaining the Cultural Cohesion Quality Mark. This Mark recognises organisations for expanding their competencies in building and sustaining culturally responsive harmonious relationships. It also celebrates practices that promote lifelong learning of understanding, inclusion, fairness, and equality.

After registering its interest in gaining the Mark, member projects (including Network Leeds) and the core team of LCCT attended Unconscious Bias Training - the first step in understanding what the journey of the Mark involves.

The Mark encourages members of the organisation to share what they are doing to promote equality and inclusion, as well as discover ways to improve and nurture relationships within the organisation to support everyone to grow.
