Would you be willing to participate in a shopping interview?

My name is Natalie Wood and I am a postgraduate student at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I am originally from Meanwood and I have come home to study shopping habits and the function of shopping (and shops) within the community, particularly in relation to the current cost of living crisis. I currently volunteer and research at Your Local Pantry, Meanwood exploring the food pantry as a simulated shop. My thesis is provisionally titled Shopping in Leeds: Embodying the cost of living.

I am looking for willing Interview participants;

• Are you over 18?
• Are you a Leeds resident?

Participation in this research would involve a shopping interview where I would accompany you whilst you shop, asking you questions along the way. This interview would also be audio-recorded. Any type of shopping is welcome!
