Once again, Health For All is delighted to confirm that they will be carrying out a number of Healthy Holiday clubs in 2024 to support children and families who struggle to afford food and childcare throughout the summer holidays.

Health For All has been carrying out these clubs throughout summer, Easter and Christmas holidays for years now and are proud of our track record as well as being incredibly proud to continue our involvement in this terrific program to support families across Leeds especially those eligible for free school meals.

Our particular clubs will include breakfast, snacks and lunch meals with dietary requirements and other factors taken into consideration.

The average day will start with warm-up games such as tigging games including scarecrow tig as well as active puzzle games such the Five-A-Game which will be one of many proponents of healthy eating during our sessions including arts and crafts about this subject such as making posters about a balanced diet. The food we will offer will also be healthy and will support their growth.

One of the main appeals of our sessions will be the range of activities offered. On top of the aforementioned tigging games, active games and arts and crafts will be a number of sports including football, dodgeball and basketball as well as others as well as beloved games like clap catch. There will also be cool-down games like honeybear and others.

On top of this, activities like playing with Lego and inflatables will be included at certain sessions and at particular venues and sessions trips will be offered. In the past, we have carried out trips to Ninja Warrior, Laser Quest Temple Newsam for their activities and Mission Out in Thorpe.
