Holy Trinity Boar Lane opened its doors to welcome over 100 people to join this Leeds Christian Community Trust (LCCT) event, which brought people from across the city together to celebrate and connect.

Organized by Gather Leeds and the Leeds Lent Prayer Diary—two key initiatives under the LCCT umbrella—the event featured an inspiring lineup of speakers, including Lord Mayor Abigail Marshall Katung, Tony Hodges from City Visions, and Dave King and Mark Cowling from the national Gather Movement.

The event opened with displays from 20 of the 45 projects included in this year's Leeds Lent Prayer Diary. Participants had the chance to share insights into their work, network, and build meaningful connections.

Following a delicious meal prepared by Real Hope caterers, and the speakers above, guests were led in prayer by Theo Sheridan-Watts (LCCT) and Neruka White (Jesus Christ Apostolic Church). This was followed by discussion groups regarding the different spheres in Leeds - Politics, Government, Art and Media, Health, Intercultural Engagement, Evangelism and Sharing Faith, Education, and the geographical areas of Leeds.

The evening concluded with heartfelt reflections on how individuals and organizations are forging connections and offering support to one another throughout the city.
