We have 6 places left on our employability programme for 2023. This funded programme runs in our central Leeds warehouse and provides unemployed people with a strong mix of skills and experience over 8 weeks.

Our training includes accredited food hygiene, practical cookery skills in the FullCrumb Kitchen and accredited forklift permits, depending on what the learner is comfortable with.

Please get in touch if you have a service user or volunteer who would commit to two days a week for 8 weeks to undertake a mix of accredited training and volunteering experience in a Gold Standard warehouse.  We have seen a really high percentage of people moving into paid work as a result and have connections into a lot of food company employers to help people take that last step into work.
