Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer is no longer just a vision – the first physical piece has been built.

In September, the first of 188 segments that will form the landmark was completed at our purpose-built factory in Portugal.

Founder Richard Gamble was joined by staff, board members, donors and volunteers to see the segment for themselves.

Twenty-two and a half years after receiving the vision, it was an emotional sight for Richard.

“To stand in front of something I have carried for more than two decades was incredibly moving,” he said.

“For so long, we’ve talked about what Eternal Wall will look like. Now we can actually see it. I’m so grateful to everyone who has prayed, given and believed with us to reach this moment. Just 187 pieces to go!”

The segments will gradually be transported to Coleshill, where they will come together to form Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer, ready to welcome visitors in 2029.

It’s real. It’s happening. To invite a speaker, or explore a testimony partnership, contact michelle@eternalwall.org.uk
