Hours: Full time, 37.50hrs

Contract: Permanent

Starting salary: £30,000 - 33,000

We are looking to appoint a Project Manager, a key role needing passion, management skills and a clear commitment to young people in this wide-ranging youth project which has both secular and Christian activities.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with the confidence to lead and head up our staff and volunteer team delivering a variety of sessions across a range of settings including schools, detached, youth clubs, residentials and trips, for predominately 11-18year olds within Horbury and the surrounding areas.

Must have a team ethic, be able to work flexible hours, have a great sense of humour, be enthusiastic supporting young people to have fun, learn and succeed, manage challenges, and celebrate achievements, whilst ensuring a safe young person-centred environment.

Applicants should be sympathetic towards the Christian Ethos of the organisation.

Experience- Candidates should have a recognised youth work qualification and will need both supervisory and youth work experience.

Candidates must be able to travel to different venues in the local area

Driving licence - would be advantageous.

Various training opportunities and coaching in youth work will be provided to support your personal and youth work career development.
