The Programme & Team Administrator will support the Northern Mission Enabling Team in delivering the Northern Enabling Strategy, part of Faith in the North.
This growing programme is helping create the conditions for hundreds of new worshipping communities across the North of England through leadership development, church planting, parish revitalisation and grant funding. The successful candidate will provide essential, high-quality administrative support across the team's programmes, events, communications, finances and day-to-day operations.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience of working in a busy environment.

Hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week at Bishopthorpe Palace, York (including Tuesdays)

Fixed-term contract for 12 months initially; we hope to continue the role for a further two years subject to funding being confirmed later this year

0.6 FTE (willing to look at flexible options between 0.4 and 0.6 with the successful candidate)

Salary: £21,674.40 plus pension contributions
