Dayspring Church is a family friendly church in Garforth, Leeds, and is part of the Pioneer Church Network.

We are looking to recruit an Operational Manager with Community Lead from September 2025. The role involves leading, developing and supporting Dayspring’s vision in line with our values, and involves being part of Dayspring Church’s Leadership Team.

This is a part-time post, for 20 hours per week, with a full-time equivalent salary of £33,500 - £38,500 per year. This post will comprise of face-to-face meetings, gatherings and events, online meetings and remote working. Please see the job specification for a more detailed breakdown.
