Holy Trinity Boar Lane (HTBL) is a vibrant church in the heart of Leeds, committed to serving the city’s workers and fostering a welcoming community. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Ministry & Operations Coordinator to help drive our mission forward.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a passion for ministry and organisation. You’ll be at the heart of HTBL’s activities—managing events, supporting volunteers, overseeing administration, and ensuring the smooth running of our church life. From coordinating Boar Lane Breakfast to welcoming visitors, your work will help shape the impact HTBL has on the city.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for ministry. Experience in church or community settings is ideal, but above all, we want someone who shares our vision and is ready to make things happen.

Location: Holy Trinity Boar Lane, Leeds
Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata if part-time) + pension
Hours: 30-37 hours per week (flexible options available)
Contract: 23-month fixed-term
