St Chad’s is a growing church at the very heart of the vibrant community of Far Headingley in the Anglican Diocese of Leeds. We seek to grow disciples, celebrate faith and build community in this beautiful place.

The post holder will be part of the ministry team and will have the exciting opportunity to invest in and develop our ministry to young people and their families, with a focus on 10 to 18 year olds. There is so much untapped potential here at St Chad’s, and a team ready and committed to support and serve alongside you.

The three key objectives of this role are:

1. Deepen and nurture the faith & discipleship of young people aged 10-18
2. Build community amongst the 10-18 year olds and their families, which is rooted in church life and worship.
3. Support, recruit and encourage our young people’s leaders and helpers.
