The course is in eight sessions and will meet fortnightly on Tuesdays at 7pm, starting on 10th September and ending on 17th December.

Each session combines video teaching, group discussion and personal reflection. The rhythm of the course involves learning at the session, followed by practice and reflection between sessions and processing and discussion together at the next session. 

A typical session includes:

• A light supper shared together 
• 10-20 minutes reflection on previous session
• 10 minute video
• 15-20 minutes group conversation
• 10 minute video
• Final discussion and prayer

There is a course booklet which is available in electronic or paper format. We will send out links to the booklet to those who sign up and also links to the Practicing The Way course.
