Come join a creative workshop exploring how we can communicate ideas through movement, specifically looking at ideas surrounding power. Led by Imogen Mcbeath and Faye Singleton (two local Leeds dancers) and Leeds Methodist Mission, the workshop is for all adults, any age and any ability level and is filled with mindfulness, discussions, creative tasks and opportunities to connect with new people. No dance experience is required, just the willingness to play.

The workshop will last 3 hours from 1pm -4pm (including breaks) and will be repeated on:
