It is understood that St Luke was a physician, and that his ministry as an apostle had a particular concern for healing and wholeness. All are welcome to join us for a St Lukes tide Eucharist, during which prayers for healing will be offered for individuals. This will include the option of receiving anointing and the laying on of hands. The preacher and leader will be the Rt Revd Tony Robinson, Bishop of Wakefield.
