We are an Evangelical church situated right at the heart of Beeston's busy community. Coming out of the Wesleyan tradition, and linked to the Nazarene denomination, the South Leeds Church of the Nazarene seeks to share the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the community, engaging in a number of different works to achieve this.

Our main collective work as a church is the New Hope outreach project for those struggling through addiction. Each week we run an evangelistic service, complete with a hot meal and people to talk to for a large number of addicted/ homeless people from the city. Then, throughout the week New Hope run courses and classes for those serious about overcoming their addicitons. More info here.

We also employ a full-time youth worker who works both with the young people in our church, and, alongside youth workers linked to other churches in the area, with local kids with little or no experience of church. This work includes a youth club, a SPACE group, a youth cell, and united Christian
