Hours: Part time, 20.00hrs

Contract: Permanent

Starting salary: £11 p/h

£11 per hour for 20 and 15 hours (may split hours differently for the right candidates)

We are looking for motivated and organised individuals with the confidence to lead sessions, provide one-to-one and small group support, schools work, trips and residentials. You must work well in a team, have a great sense of humour, and be enthusiastic in supporting young people to have fun, learn and succeed; promoting their needs and celebrating their achievements, whilst always ensuring a safe environment.

You will be co-responsible for delivering a wide range of mainstream and Christian faith-based youth work within Horbury and the surrounding areas. A minimum of one year’s experience of working with young people aged 11-18yrs would be advantageous.

Various training opportunities and coaching in youth work will be provided to support your career development.

Funding is in place for a minimum of three years. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check and references are a condition of employment.
