TLG is an educational charity with a Christian ethos, working with young people who have been excluded or are otherwise in crisis in their education. Our vision enables churches across the country to support these children through alternative provision schools and volunteer coaching programmes.

At TLG, we are passionate about developing an excellent staff team that loves making a difference to struggling children across the UK. With around 80 staff and over 200 volunteers in 13 Education Centres and TLG’s National Support Centre, the Office Administrator is a unique opportunity to support this growing team as well as the Senior Leadership team! Joining one of the most exciting and fastest growing charities around, you’ll deliver exceptional administrative function across the organisation; you’ll build strong relationships and maintain the effective processes needed with senior managers, centre managers and the wider staff team.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.

Starting Salary: £16,309 – £17,097 (FTE)
Hours: 37.5 per week (fixed term, ASAP – 27th April 2018. Potential for further work beyond this)

Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs
