You’ll need to love working with people, be great at building relationships to achieve outcomes and have a tenacity for high expectations when it comes to finding talent for TLG.  We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, influences others to great outcomes and has the ability to develop and implement HR strategy that enables TLG to meet its vision.  

A relocation package is available. We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.

Salary: £30,546 - £35,855 (plus 10% pension employer contribution. Relocation allowance also available)
Hours: 37.5 (Mon - Fri, occasional evening and weekend work required)

Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs

Contract: Permanent
