The Church Partnership Team is passionate about growing the UK-wide reach and impact of TLG. With responsibility for generating new Church Partnerships through our Early Intervention and Make Lunch programmes, this team is dedicated to inspiring and building relationships with churches, so that, together, we can have a greater impact on struggling children and their families.

This exciting role involves phoning church leaders and supporters, to inspire them about partnering with TLG for programmes in their church and community. With excellent communication and a drive to meet targets, the post holder will be responsible for following up existing Church Partnership enquiries, generating new potential church contacts, and inviting churches to our Church Partnerships Forums. A keen eye for detail is also necessary, as this role has a strong focus on updating church contact information ahead of the incoming GDPR legislation.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.
