Lighthouse, a Christian community for those who’ve been battered and bruised by the storms of life, are looking to recruit an additional team member for either the role of Senior Pastoral Support Worker (Full Time) or Lighthouse Pastor (In Training). Both positions are for a one year contract with the opportunity to extend.

For both of these posts, there is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder be:
- a practising Christian due to the nature and vision of the charity. Our charitable objectives are the alleviation of poverty and the proclamation of the gospel.
- a male as we have a significant number of male service users who have support needs that would be most appropriately met by a member of the same sex.

These pastoral roles are to help in the delivery of pastoral care and oversight of Christian day centres within the Lighthouse community. Interested applicants are strongly advised to arrange a pre visit to Lighthouse (email rosie.smith@stgs.org.uk).
