The Yorkshire Baptist Association is seeking to appoint a part time Administrator to work within the team at our office base in Leeds city centre. The appointed person will work alongside other Admin Team members and report into our Administration Lead, using their skills and experience in supporting the work of the Association across a range of activities. You will provide efficient and effective support to the Regional Ministry Team and our member churches.
Using your administrative and organisational skills, collaboration across our whole staff team and volunteers is vital. Highly organised with a track record of handling multiple competing priorities with differing deadlines, you will be a competent user of IT and data management systems and will be able to clearly demonstrate this in your application. Supporting our Regional Team across different areas of Association work, good communication and flexibility are essential every day. This role provides administrative support to some key areas of our work with the specific tasks and responsibilities being confirmed at appointment.

This vacancy has arisen following the appointment of one of our current Administrators to our Finance Manager role.
