Network:Leeds is a web based network seeking to pioneer and facilitate social media communication. We are rooted within the Christian community but ultimately aim to engage a wider audience in Leeds city and immediate region. By involving Inter-denominatioanl church groups, community projects and individuals alike, we are fully committed to delivering the best web communication enabling them to maximise their missional presence within the boundaries of our cityof Leeds and beyond.

We believe that by mixing the latest social media communication tools to our core values of unity and information sharing, organic relationships can be developed and two-way conversations strengthened across the city. 

Connecting people to their dreams and visions and being a window of the Christian community in Leeds, demonstrating to the outside world the breadth and depth of its faith in action.

NETWORK:LEEDS is not an organisation in itself, but rather a processing communication channel put in place to enable and facilitate the sharing of information, dreams and visions, and the connecting of people across the City of Leeds. The network has been created after extensive research, within the pilot groups, regarding what information is out there and what people want to see and say. It is not static, but organic, part of the fastest growing web movement today known as the Social Web (web 2.0). That means that as more and more people use the framework to communicate it can and will change and evolve to meet their many and diverse needs.
